The record heat from Tuesday is already a distant memory. The Bay Area cooled about 15 to 25 degrees Wednesday. A weak system moves in Thursday. We are expecting scattered showers to develop. Most neighborhoods should warm into the 60s. Shower chances will linger in the Friday forecast.

After 2 days of record breaking warmth, the entire Bay Area will experience major cooling in the Wednesday forecast. We are expecting partly to mostly cloudy skies with the slight chance of a shower. High temperatures should range from the low 60s to the low 70s.
