Peninsula power outages could last until Friday

Residents on the Peninsula from Burlingame and Hillsborough up to San Bruno faced another night without lights, heat and internet access on Wednesday after the power went out the day before in the lastest powerful wind storm.

Bay Area wind, rain cause widespread damage

Strong winds associated with the latest Bay Area atmospheric river caused trees to once again topple, power outages, and was likely the cause of glass that fell from a San Francisco high-rise's damaged windows.
