1 dead, 2 hospitalized after seniors served dishwashing liquid at home

A 93-year-old woman is dead and two other residents were hospitalized after being poisoned in a San Mateo senior home. Investigators said they were called to the Atria Park Senior Living Facility Sunday night and discovered they had been served dishwashing liquid instead of drinking juice.
