Salon owner plans to defy coronavirus restriction orders
The owner of a Vacaville hair salon says she will defy directives and open her hair salon this week. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports the owner says opening the salon is her best path forward despite the extension of stay at home orders in Solano County.
