California coronavirus numbers improving, but don't expect a rush to reopen
California has seen a 19% drop in coronavirus hospitalizations and an 18% drop in coronavirus ICU patients compared to two weeks ago. But health experts say the state should not rush to reopen at a time when there's more cases than when reopenings ramped up in June.
