San Francisco health officials briefly ordered the city's only In-N-Out Burger restaurant to close because of allegedly refusing to check the COVID vaccination status of customers a requirement that is in place for restaurants, bars, gyms, and other businesses serving clientele indoors. The fast-food chain fired back with a sharp criticism of the public health rules.
