Antioch police investigating fatal hit-and-run traffic collision

ANTIOCH, Calif. - Police in Antioch are asking the public to avoid the area where fatal hit-and-run traffic collision happened Wednesday evening. 

Details were not available. The crash happened in the area of Delta Fair Boulevard and San Jose Drive. Police put out a traffic alert on Twitter at 8:47 p.m.

There is no estimated time to reopen the road. We will update when we learn more details.
