BART recovering from electrical problem
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, Calif. (BCN) - BART is recovering from an earlier electrical problem, causing major delays on the Pittsburg/Bay Point line this morning, officials said.
The delay is between the Rockridge and Orinda stations.
