Family takes lost teddy bear on adventures in hopes of finding its owner
CHICAGO (KTVU) - A man is using Facebook to help reunite a lost teddy bear and its owner.
Nathan Childers, from Indiana, was traveling in the Chicago O'Hare Airport when he saw a little bear being kicked around the terminal.
He picked it up, and he and his family are taking the bear on their adventures. They named it Theodore and they say they are taking good care of him and making sure he has a good time.
Nathan, his wife Jodi, and their children, Kaelyn and Phoenix, have gone to Virginia Beach and all over Washington D.C. with Theodore by their side. Theodore even helped make a sandcastle and ride a ferris wheel.
Nathan posted a photo of the bear on Facebook in hopes that its owner will find it. The post already has over 75,000 shares but the owner has not reached out yet.
He saw the bear in between Gates B5 and B6 on Sunday June 25 around 12 p.m.
Nathan says, "I just want to get it home. As a parent I know what it's like when your kids loose something like that".
