Oakland's homicide count reaches 134 after Christmas Eve shooting

OAKLAND, Calif. - A man was shot and killed near Oakland's Lake Merritt on Christmas Eve, making him the city's 134th homicide.
The shooting happened on Lakeshore, near 1st Avenue. The incident occurred not far from where a woman was shot dead last month.
The victim's identity has yet to be identified.
