Free speech group Patriot Prayer held a news conference in a remote location in Pacifica after cancelling their San Francisco events.

The press conference came after the group cancelled their event at Alamo Square Park.

San Francisco Police say they are prepared to mobilize wherever Patriot Prayer decides to gather.

Organizer Ansen Hatcher told Bay City News "The Alamo Square press conference is cancelled due to it being blocked off by police today".

The National Park Service late Friday night confirmed organizers associated with the Patriot Prayer rally that was scheduled for today at 2 p.m. in San Francisco's Crissy Field relinquished the First Amendment permit for the organization's rally.

Counter-protests gathered at Alamo Square Park.

We will update this story as more information becomes available.
